We spent 4 days in the hotel Polanica. It has been our second time and the reason was most of all: excellent food served twice daily. Variety of salads, cold cuts, greens and meals of the best ever choices, not to mention desserts. We stayed in a room with the balcony, the room was well equipped with necessities and clean beds. Swimming pool and other pastime activities added to full and enjoyable stay. Highly and truly recommended.

Pros: - very good food - large dining room - two saunas and a steam room - kettle for hot water and tea in the room Cons: - very small rooms, space for only one suitcase - a bed against the wall without a bedside table - the reluctant lady at the reception repeatedly gave inaccurate parking instructions (the parking lot around the hotel was full, I had to go three times to ask where I could find a free space before the second receptionist came, who only said that P3 also belongs to the hotel along the way behind the chapel) - there is no cooling pool in the wellness area - sauna sheets are not available - sauna towels are small

The check in starts at 3. No English tv channels, the room was dated and old, used mattress with a small pillow and nosie from "the night club" prevented us from sleeping. Many people in the pool who were not the guests. The pool, gym and spa are open to the public. The pool is 25 m but to swim is only 20m. The jacuzzi is tiny and the open at 9am. No air con in the room. You will get 1 small shower gel for you entire stay and if you above average size you won't fit in the shower. The town is so small and is a15 min walk that there is no need to come here in first place. 2 stars only because the food was nice.

Very nice hotel, with small but enough swimming pool, tasty food in restaurant with smiling and friendly staff. Great idea was tu put children inside playground next to restaurant, so after children finish their food they go to play and parents can enjoy cup of coffee or a drink ;)

Location, restaurant, parking and entertainment great! However, the bed creaks and there are somewhat hard mattresses (subjective). Food was great, decent selection. Otherwise, everything is fine. Pavel

It is a nice hotel with good breakfast, clean rooms and possibility to have Spa and a good swim. It is not to far to walk to Polanica centrum either. If I should say something negative, it would be that there was several rooms that was under reconstruction and we did not know that before we arrived. The playing room (Pool/biljard and table tennis) was not the best. I have no trouble with using this hotel again later.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool and saunas. Tasty food , peace and quiet. I usually use it when I am on a business deleagation in the region. Very nicely located, friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately in high season the prices go up a lot, but it is a holiday resort, basically a spa with spring water. excellent place for relaxation as well as for business trips.
